01 · Overview

Built for the work.

GR-SVI-12KV-1250A is a modular 12 kV solid-insulated switchgear cabinet for medium-voltage distribution and industrial power systems. The SVI configuration combines solid insulation, sealed functional compartments, and a modular arrangement of load-switch, fuse-combination, vacuum-circuit-breaker, isolation, and earthing functions. The cabinet can be arranged for incoming, outgoing, bus-section, metering, and protection duties according to the project single-line diagram.

The reference parameter schedule lists a 12 kV rated voltage and 50 Hz frequency. Module ratings differ: the C load-switch module is shown at 630 A, the F fuse-combination module at 125 A, and the V vacuum-circuit-breaker module at 630 or 1,250 A. Withstand levels are listed as 42 / 48 kV power-frequency and 75 / 85 kV lightning impulse, phase-to-phase / earth. The values are reference configuration data and must not be applied to a different module arrangement without engineering confirmation.

The cabinet is intended for qualified medium-voltage engineering and installation teams. Confirm the network voltage, current, fault level, incoming and outgoing feeder arrangement, CT/VT and metering requirements, protection relay, cable entry, interlocking, dimensions, environmental conditions, local standard, factory test scope, and site commissioning requirements before quotation.
